In this episode I’m speaking with Kristin Bower a diversity and inclusion expert. This timely conversation about diversity, inclusion, mental health, and anti-racism tugged at my heart because of my personal and professional lived experiences. Kristin openly shares how her mental health led her to becoming passionate about diversity and inclusion work. This is a very raw and real conversation, where Kristin beautifully articulates how hard it can be to work in this space. She’s got a great empathetic lens and provides insights in the impact she feels she is having as a diversity and inclusion enthusiast. This is Kristin and her story of intent.
